Mud Pump Accessories – Wear, Acid, Alkali, and Corrosion Resistant

We supply various mud pump accessories, including mud pump rubber pistons, polyurethane bonded pistons, and mud pump valves and seats, all strictly manufactured in accordance with API standards for reliable operation in demanding drilling environments.

  • Mud pump rubber piston: Manufactured from specially formulated compounds, featuring resistance to heat, oil, and water. Fully interchangeable with other API-standard pistons
  • Polyurethane bonded piston: Significantly extends service life in triplex pumps with adequate water cooling. A harder and denser polyurethane structure delivers exceptional resistance to abrasive fluids, providing optimal service life under harsh drilling conditions.
  • Mud pump valves and seats: As part of our mud pump system solutions, they are used in various water, water-based, oil-based, and synthetic-based mud applications.
